Last night I went to see Love and Other Drugs with my mom. Anne Hathaway played Maggie Murdock and Jake Gyllenhaal played Jamie Randall. It's a pretty typical Hollywood love story. Boy sleeps around, never really loved anyone, girl is pessimistic and sick, they meet and both fall in love. Blahblahblah. I enjoyed it because they are both extremely attractive, and there were some very funny parts (involving Viagra).
There were some political undertones in the movie. Mostly because Jamie Randall works for Phiser and is trying to sell drugs to Doctor's offices, not only that but Maggie takes elderly people up to Canada because they can't afford their medication.
