Books

I'm reading Looking for Alaska by John Green and I absolutely love it. I'm also reading Edith Wharton's Ethan Frome and I'm really enjoying that. I'm reading that for my AP Lit class. I told my AP teacher I was really enjoying it and he thought I was being sarcastic, which I wasn't. I've actually enjoyed everything we've read so far (except for Ben Franklin's autobiography, but I think he knows that few and far between enjoy that book). We've read a bunch of poem by Emily Dickinson (I really like her writing style, and envy her way of life), we read Cuckoo's Nest (which was amazing, extremely powerful), The Great Gatsby, and Six Degrees of Separation, which I loved.

I really enjoyed everything that we've read so far. We don't dicuss books that much though, which can be somewhat frustrating.

I love reading. It's such a great escape from everything.
